Thanks, Christie! He does have a nice, hard coat and good black color. He has the sweetest face. I have to try to get a better shot of him so you can see his expression. He's one of the those pups that just looks deeply into your eyes. I've never had such an affectionate schnauzer. He is happiest laying on my lap and being patted. Fingers crossed that someone will be interested in him for showing. If not, he'll be a fantastic companion. I'd just hate to lose him from the black SS gene pool. How is Nitska? Sorry I was not able to make it to Sacramento when I was in CA recently. I'd have loved to have seen her in person and met you. Maybe another trip. Brooke
